Premium birth support package

Our premium birth support package includes the three tenets of doula support; Emotional support, Educational support and Physical comfort measures.  As your doula, I am avaialble to you 24/7 at the 37 week mark.  Prior to that I am still available to answer any and all questions after the contract is signed.  I will do my best to respond to non emergent texts and emails within 3 hours. Any emergent situations should lead with a phone call to the OB/Midwife followed by a phone call to me.
 
You will get a mini childbirth education crash course in what to expect and how to best prepare for labor and delivery.  We will cover all things physiologica (my goal is always to demystify birth), birth plans or wish lists as I like to call them, and we will talk post partum preparation, routine newborn procuedures etc.
 
You will get an in person or virtual, depending on your preference, prenatal visit.  This visit will cover the "nuts and bolts" of birth as well as arm you and your s/o with information and techniques to manage the early stages of lablor.  You will also get in person support, if it is your choice, to help manage labor at home for as long as you envision.  My goal is to help you attain the labor and delivery you envision.
 
When active labor and transition are happening, I will be there at your home, birth center or hosiptal of your choice to support your family
